Peru is open for business, says President Ollanta Humala (VIDEO)
Peruvian President Ollanta Humala told AFPTV ahead of a European tour he starts on Tuesday that he hopes to encourage investment in Peru – saying Latin America is full of opportunities for investors who are finding it hard to get a return on their money in Europe’s difficult economic climate.
